The Most Awaited Season

Autumn is the season of the year in which temperature decreases. It is known as Fall in United States as leaves fall from trees in this season. In this season, days and nights are equal in length. The autumn season starts in somewhere between September and October. The sudden change in the season effects us as well. According to some research it is found that we sleep 2.7 more hours in October, the highest of the year as the nights are much longer than usual. We sleep more than usual it makes us lazy and also the days are shorter and we are less exposed to the sunlight is also the cause of our laziness. As change in weather effect our surroundings it also effects our mood.

Fall(winter) sadness is known as Seasonal Affective Disorder(SAD). It starts in winter and ends when spring arrive. We all feel low and dull in fall season, change in colors of leaves and trees also changes our mood. It make us sad somehow we feel more lonely during fall. its not like we don’t have people to talk with our spend our time with them it’s some kind of different feeling. The person who suffer SAD is always sad, irritable, stressed and tired all the time. Besides, this is the season we all waited for. The cool weather, cozy environment, silent nights, hot coffee these are the things that give us eternal serenity.

I personally love winters a lot. The smell of the fog, cool breeze, silence gives me gratification. It doesn’t matter if you are not surrounded with mountains or snow enjoy winters as much as you can. There are so many reasons to enjoy the winters. Drinking coffee in the cold nights take me into another world. Fall(winter) have special place in my heart. And if you are suffering with SAD then do some activities like reading, painting or anything that gives you satisfaction. Go out with your friends enjoy this season. Bring new changes in yourself with the changing season.
